As Lead Partner, the Επιμελητήριο Δράμας – Chamber of Drama is honored to coordinate this important initiative under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, fostering meaningful cross-border cooperation between partners from Greece, Egypt, Spain, Tunisia, Türkiye, and Serbia.
The Steering Committee meeting hosted in Barcelona by ASCAME and the Cambra de Comerç de Barcelona marks another important milestone in our shared journey toward supporting accommodation MSMEs in adopting practical and accessible sustainability solutions.
Through innovative tools such as SSMA and AIRET, combined with targeted capacity building, SMAC aims to make sustainability achievable for every small tourism business, strengthening competitiveness, improving visitor experiences, supporting local communities, and accelerating the green transition across the Mediterranean region.
